Refund Policy
1. Booking and Payment
- A booking is considered confirmed once the deposit/full payment is received.
- Payments can be made via [list accepted payment methods].
2. Cancellation by Client
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of deposit.
- 15–30 days before the event: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund.
3. Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule the event at no additional cost if done at least 15 days in advance, subject to speaker availability.
- Rescheduling within 15 days may incur a fee of [10% of the booking amount].
4. Cancellation by Speaker
- If the speaker must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- The speaker will also make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative date or recommend another qualified speaker.
5. No-Show / Event Changes
- Refunds are not provided for events missed due to client negligence (e.g., no access to venue, last-minute venue changes).
- Partial refunds may be considered if the speaker delivers part of the agreed service but is interrupted due to unavoidable circumstances.
6. Special Circumstances
- Refunds for extreme circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. How to Request a Refund

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
